SIZING
HOW DO I KNOW THE GARMENT WILL FIT ME?
All products have specific size guides indicating the waist, hip, inseam, side length and front/back rise measurements to help determine if the garment will fit.
It is highly recommended to take your measurements prior to purchasing.

MY SIZE ISN'T AVAILABLE?
Thank you for your interest in Flair. As I am currently working alone to stock the store, the inventory is quite limited. I have made it my priority to expand the product line to include more sizing options in the near future.
There is always the option of getting a custom size, which would give you the best fit you can get. If you are interested in a custom size, please contact us by filling out a contact form or at fxe@flairxempire.com to receive a measurement form. Custom orders are subject to additional fees, a quote will be provided. Made-to-measure orders are final sale.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to Canada, US, UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Singapore.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders ready-to-ship will be dispatched on the same or next day. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for 2-3 weeks for shipment.
Depending on where you are located, shipment times vary. You will recieve a shipping quote prior to checking out with an estimated time for delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

RETURN POLICY
Should the garment not fit as you wanted, you may request a return.
A request to return must be submitted within 5 days if receiving your order. A return request must be submitted by email to fxe@flairxempire.com, within 5 days of receiving your order to be considered.
Should the product show any sign of wear or damage or if packaging and tags are damaged or missing, your return request could be rejected. Should this happen, we will ship the item back to you.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All products are currently made by Clarisse in her atelier located in Ottawa, Canada.
CAN I WASH MY CLOTHING IN THE WASHING MACHINE?
Hand washing is always the best choice to keep the garment in the best condition, but it can be washed in a machine with cold water on a delicate cycle. We recommend washing it with clothing items without zippers or other abrasive fasteners or hardware.
Garments should be hung to dry but can be go in the dryer (leather pieces should be wiped down with a clean cloth first) and dried on a delicate or tumble cycle with low to medium heat.
Washing instructions are included on every garment product page, and indicated on care labels sewn into each product.
